He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Clark and Annie Belle Floyed Clark; his daughter Debbie Clark Madron; and his siblings, Richard, Dalton, Bead, Cager, Flora, Masie, Mamie and Pearl.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ginger Pruitt (Keith) of Cedarview, VA and Wendy Carpenter (J. K.) of Cheriton, VA; his grandchildren, Cassie P. Simmons, Dallas Pruitt and Ashley Carpenter; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden Stokes, Hershey Kisses and Jasmine Simmons. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
