She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce Richardson; her parents, Romus Viohl and Dorothea Culver Viohl; and her former husband E. C. "Sambo" Downes. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Richardson, Jr. (Lisa Brasch), Chris Richardson and Eve Carstens (Johnny); her siblings, Tita Lewis and Donald Viohl (PJ Facciolo); her grandchildren, Nathan Richardson (Shana), Elizabeth Richardson, Samuel Richardson and Will Carstens; her great grandchild Shawn Richardson; her close friend George Elliott; her pet Gus; and her caregivers, Pat Richardson, Dr. David Jones and Dr. Lloyd Kellam.
