He is survived by: his wife Violet Carpenter Fitzhugh; his son Rusty Frank Fitzhugh (Doree) of Hampton, VA; his grandchildren, Ashley Fitzhugh of Hampton and Austin Fitzhugh of Hampton; his great grandchild Alayah Fitzhugh of Hampton; his sister-in-law Helen Wilson of Townsend, VA; and his pet Mia.
