He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey W. Belote, Jr. and Mary Goffigon Belote. He is survived by: his wife Jane Dare Kellam Belote; his children, Paige B. Addison (Hunt) and Benjamin M. Belote (Jenny); his grandchildren, Kellam Addison McQuitty (Sam), Ethan M. Belote and Caroline H. Belote; and his siblings, Jan Goffigon Belote and Reade Hardin Belote. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
