With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Walker of Cape Charles, Virginia, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on January 11, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Taylor and Emily Taylor; her husbands, Isaac Glen Reid, Jr. and Francis "Hooksie" Walker; her grandson Christopher Glen Reid; and her sisters, Dorothy Tyndall and Betty Lou Parks.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Reid of Cape Charles and Jeff Reid (Sophie) of Franktown, Virginia.. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and special nieces, nephews, and friends.
Flowers will be accepted or donations in her honor may be given to the Riverside Shore Cancer Center, P.O. Box 430, Onancock, VA 23417.
