She was predeceased by: her daughter Nicole Stevens Cummings; and her parents, Marguerite Ballard (Maggie) and Dale Ballard, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Larry Stevens; her brothers, Dale Ballard, Jr. (Dotty) and Bruce Ballard (Claudia); and her pet Ash. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and those she considered her children.
