He was predeceased by: his parents, Kemper Moore and Fannie Brady Moore; and his siblings, Shirley Moore, Dorothy Burland, Sidney, Percy, Herbert, Ralph, Preston and Kemper "Bill" Moore, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Jean Moore of Cheriton, VA and Ruth Moore-Callejas of Machipongo, VA; and his grandchildren, Michael Moore, Ellen Stevens (Lee), Christian Pruett (Gwen) and Michelle Mooney. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
