Ida Robins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2025, at the age of 95, Ida Robins of Cape Charles, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Ida may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her husband Grant Robins; and her parents, Curtis John Ward and Monolyah Farlow Ward of Townsend, VA.. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Robins Ritchie (Bob) of Hawaii, Jim Robins (Jinger) of Kennesaw, GA and Steve Robins (Sue) of Guilford, CT. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cheriton United Methodist Church (21309 S Bayside Rd, Cape Charles, VA 23310).
