He was predeceased by: his grandmother Minnie Rose Purdue. He is survived by: his parent Tom Purdue; his wife Tammy; his mother Carol Lynn Mulligan Purdue; his children, James Purdue, Katie Purdue, Madison Purdue and Michael Stryon Purdue; and his siblings, Howard Purdue (Donielle), Dora Meyer and Joretta Purdue. He is also survived by three nieces; two nephews; and one grandchild.
