He is survived by: his parents, Mamie Appenzeller and Donald Appenzeller Jr.; his son Dustin Lee Appenzeller; his grandchildren, Emma Margaret and Taylor Ann Appenzeller; his cousin Joseph MacDonald Jr.; his aunts, Mary Scott (Scotty), Brenda DeVeau (Jay) and Beth MacDonald; and also, Daniel Cornell Jr. and Lizzie MacDonald.
