She was predeceased by: her husband William T. Bailey, Jr.; and her parents, Joseph Edward Elsner and Verleader Anne Charnock Elsner. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Bailey-Woolard (William) of Rocky Mount, NC; her brother-in-law Jackie Lee Bailey; her grandson BJ Woolard (Becca); her great grandchild Emma Woolard; and her pet Spice. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
