He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Barbee and Auvergne J. Barbee; and his son Steven. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Cornwell Barbee; his sons, Michael and Mark; and his stepchildren, Kandy (Paul), Ricky (Joni) and Rodger. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; and seven step-great-grandchildren.
