We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2020, at the age of 88, Charles Spencer (Cape Charles, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret Spencer and R. E. Spencer; his wife Mary Ann; his grandsons, Jake and Spencer Mapp; his great grandchild Gatlin Mapp of Franktown; and his friend Sonny.

Burial will be private due to the corona virus limits on public gatherings.
