He is survived by: his wife Virginia Oneil Bowen Lewis; his children, Jennifer L. Slovinski (Matt) of Virginia Beach, VA, Kimmie Anne Gagliano (John) of Yorktown, VA and C. J. Lewis (Ashleigh) of Seaford, VA; his siblings, Diana Faye Moore (Billy) of Cape Charles and David Lewis (Sandra) of Cape Charles; his grandchildren, Ashlee Bradford, Carl Lewis IV and Alan Lewis; his nephews, Robbie Moore, Jr. and Andrew Lewis; and his pet Tucker.
