He is survived by: his wife Annette Blankenship Chance; his daughter Crystal Bucciarelli (Lloyd); his grandchildren, Adam, Bethany and Julia; his great grandchildren, Kayla, Alana, Marc, Blaise, Alivia and Marcel; and his sister Judy Reeves.
