She was predeceased by: her parents, William Columbus "Lum" and Mattie Leona Davis Hawks; her husband Rushia "Rush" Valentine Leonard; her granddaughter Tracy Easter; her stepgranddaughter Damie Hose; her great grandchild Ashley Leonard; and her siblings, Ruby Blakley, Myrtle Head, Julia White, Flora Martin, J. W. "Jay" Hawks, James "Jim" Hawks and Gurnie Hawks.
She is survived by: her children, Joan (Stan King), Jean Culler, Randy (Rita Leonard), Wade (Rhonda Leonard) and Mike (Tammy Leonard); her grandchildren, Jennifer King, Frances Foley, Tabitha Young, Anthony Culler, Danny Leonard, Todd Leonard, Chris Leonard, Jason King, Shane Culler, Bradley Leonard, Matthew King and Justin Leonard; and her stepgrandchildren, Melissa Flippin and Maranda Burcham. She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren.
