He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Combs and Mary Edith Strickland Combs; his wife JoAnn Combs; and his siblings, Savonne Woods, Delta Combs Butcher and J. C. Combs.
He is survived by: his daughter Bonita Snyder (Bradley Snyder); his grandchildren, Laken Hash, Aiden Snyder and Madison Snyder; and his sisters, Linda Hawks, Benice Combs and Barbara Combs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rocky Ford Christian Church (12223 Fancy Gap Hwy, Cana, VA 24317). The military honors was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
