He is survived by: his wife Janice Cundiff Hiatt; his siblings, Teresa Hiatt and Bruce; his sister-in-law Connie Hiatt; and his nieces and nephews, Nicky Gordon (Bradley), Dana Hiatt Benfield (Kamron), Jimmy Cundiff (Liane), Jeff Cundiff (Tammy) and Greg Cundiff McFadden.
