He is survived by: his parents, Robert Blackburn and Gail Collins Blackburn; his fiancé Ashley Ward; his children, Maci Grace Blackburn, Ashton Ward and Cash Carroll; his sister Misty Nicole Blackburn (Dakota Stultz); his nieces, Shealin Nicole Stultz and Madilyn Rosaleigh Stultz; his nephew Kayden Dale Stultz; and his aunts and uncles, Jimmy Roberts (Sandy), Lee Johnson (Cathy), Bobby Hice (Kelly) and Pamela Collins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (206 W Pine St, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the Harrold Family Cemetery (189 Country Pl Rd, Cana, VA 24317).
Flowers will be accepted, or memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
