James Lee Yopp Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lee Yopp of Cana, Virginia, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on September 13, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Yopp and Iris Blackburn Yopp; and his brother Gene Gallimore. He is survived by: his wife Tania Beketov Yopp; his children, Kimberly Phillips (Eddie), Jackie Taylor (Ralph), Amy Smith, Donna Blevins, Otis McCraw (Leslie) and Frankie McCraw; and his siblings, Bonnie Hooley, Betty Freeman (Thomas), Mike Yopp (Janice) and Doug Yopp (Shirley). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
