He was predeceased by: his father Charlie Altizer, Sr.; his son Kennedy Bret Altizer; and his sister Juanita Lester. He is survived by: his daughter Laurie Ann Flores; his son-in-law Armando; his sons, Richard Earl Altizer (Alicia) and Edwin Bart Altizer (Amanda); and his siblings, Linda Joyce Stewart (Cecil), Louise Carothers, Frazier Altizer, George Altizer (Sissy) and Roger Altizer. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
