He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wickline and Vannie Beatrice Wickline. He is survived by: his wife Jo Nell Wickline; and his siblings, David Wickline, Dorma Anneman, Nancy Thaxton, Nadine Wickline, Carl Wickline and Libby Parsley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
