He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Guilliams and Altha Guilliams; his son Michael Glen Guilliams; his siblings, Pete Guilliams (Betsy), Sylvia Cooper (Lloyd), Coy Guilliams and Dan Guilliams; and his parents-in-law, Don Carter, John Laprade and Barbara Guilliams.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Guilliams; his children, Jeff Guilliams (Donna) and Jennifer Brubaker (Keith); his grandchildren, Harrison Brubaker (Casey Johnson) and Meredith Kantsios (Logan); his siblings, Vera Laprade, Arlene Carter, Dot Webb (James), Steve Guilliams (Linda), Fred Guilliams, Barry Guilliams and Ronnie Guilliams (Joyce); and his sister-in-law Caroline Guilliams. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, his in-laws, and numerous nieces and nephews.
