With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Porter Gingell of Callao, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 30, 2023 at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Healy Porter and Elsie Louise Kincade Porter; and her daughter Cynthia Gingell. She is survived by: her close friend Burnell Fallin; her daughter Christine Uphold; her grandchildren, Christopher, Shawn, Jason and Madison; her great grandchild Oaklynn; her sisters, Judy Prather, Carolyn Dick (George) and Marilyn Porter; and her former husband Carlton Gingell.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Patricia's honor to her granddaughter Madison Hayden's college fund. There is an account set up at Primis Bank and one may donate there.
