She is survived by: her husband James Franklin "Frank" Hoffman; her sisters, Louise and Ruth; her children, Dee (Scott Butterfield) of Vienna and Jay (Markie Hoffman) of Fredericksburg; her grandchildren, Haley Butterfield, Suzie Butterfield, Jason (Cassie Hoffman), Jordan Hoffman and Jamie Healy; and her great grandchildren, Gage Bowers, Peyton Bowers and Jaxon Hoffman. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
