She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Folan and Alice Oliff Folan; her sons, Charles Edwin "Eddie" Hale of Montross, Robert Dwayne "Bobby" Hale of Colonial Beach and Roger Hamilton Hale of Warsaw; and her siblings, Frank Folan of Lively and Ellen Hipple of Tappahannock. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
