Hayden, Sr. (Jenny), Christy Johnson (Corey), James L. Spring II (Stacey) and Justin Spring (Stacey); her mother Shirley Ann Ashburn; and her sisters, Terry Eastwood, Catherine Newsome and Gail Newsome (Ronnie). She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren.
