She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Edwin Crook, Sr. and Eula Mae Evans Crook; and her brother Rufus Edwin Crook, Jr.. She is survived by: her son William "Billy" (Diane Fones); and her grandchildren, Brian (Brandy Davis), Loren (James Allison), Kelly (Calvin Winebrenner), Robbie (Mary Kay Baughan) and Amanda (Jimmy Clark). She is also survived by loving wife and mother to her children for many years.
Memorial contributions in Juanita's memory in lieu of flowers can be made to either St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to the Northumberland County Animal Shelter.
