She was predeceased by: her former husband Steve Prescott; her parents, William Melvin and Helen Richardson Moss; her brother W. Franklin Moss; her parents-in-law, Loretta Welsh and George Prescott; and her brother-in-law Reggie Prescott.
She is survived by: her husband George Steven Prescott; her sisters-in-law, Elaine Moss and Carol P. Loye; her nephews, Bill Moss (Tina), Rob Moss, Michael Moss (Kelly), Christopher Cowles, Michael Cowles and Michael Parker; and her parents-in-law, Paige Welsh and Mary Welsh. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
