He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Randolph and Pearl Conley Wilkins; his son Randolph Doulin "Randy" Wilkins; and his brothers, M. C., Floyd and Vernon.
He is survived by: his wife Nell Clark Wilkins; his daughters, Virginia Wilkins Crowther (Michael) and Dianne Wilkins Landman (Ricky); his daughter-in-law Martha Beale Wilkins; his siblings, Philip, Bernice and Margaret Conley Brooks; his grandchildren, Christy Crowther, Dawn C. Biddlecomb (Joseph), Beth C. Angle (Travis), Nicholas Landman, Katie L. O'Bier (Patrick) and Anne Randolph Wilkins; and his great grandchildren, Davis, Grant, Will Biddlecomb, Henry, Carter Angle, Brie, Alisyn and Carley O'Bier. He is also survived by his parents, foster parents.
