He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Michael Perkins (Kim) of Reedville, Matthew Perkins (Chastity) of Lottsburg and Michelle Carpenter (Jamie) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Michael Dylan Perkins, Elizabeth Blake Perkins, Tiffani Renee Perkins and Ryan Matthew Perkins; and his brother Frank Perkins of Callao.
