She was predeceased by: her husband Wilson F. Cook. She is survived by: her children, Sherrie Waddill (John), Fredrick Cook (Cristy) and Timothy Cook (Melinda); her grandchildren, Justin Cook (Billie), Andrew Cook (Katlyn), TJ Cook, Zach Cook (Kate), Lexi Cook, Devin Wallen (Michelle), Virginia Waddill Barnes (Kirk) and John Thomas Waddill; her great grandchildren, Mason, Austin, Rhett, Riley, Samuel, Abigail, Caleb and Charlotte; her siblings, Betty Baldwin, Shirley Sigler (Mike) and Grover Sheldon (Jenness); and her sister-in-law Phyllis Michael (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
