He was predeceased by: his parents, John Booker and Lucie Collins Morton; and his former wife Lorene B. Morton. He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Morton Eagle; his stepson Dwight Dean Roberts; his wife Jerrell Simmons Morton; and his children, Debra Burnette Mechanicsville (Bill) and Kenneth Morton Jr. Powhatan (Karen). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
