He is survived by: his wife Missy Cawley Chambers; his daughter Courtney Marie Chambers; his mother Janet Van Cleef Chambers; his stepson Trevor Scott Hazelwood; his father-in-law David Cawley; his brothers, Chris Chambers (Carol) and Timmy Chambers (Melissa); and his sister-in-law Jennifer Austin (Jimmy).
