George Getek Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2022, at the age of 75, George Getek of Burke, Virginia, born in Alexandria, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Christine Getek (Latka) and Patrick Harry Getek; and his sons, Michael David Getek and Mark Robert Getek. He is survived by: his wife Ellen B. Getek; his daughter Kathryn Getek Soltis (Greg Soltis); his grandchildren, Clara, Oscar and Theo Soltis; his great-aunt Mary K. Latka; his siblings, Christine Getek (Kammersell) and Timothy Getek; his nephew William Kammersell; and his niece Joyce Kammersell Cole.
