She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Miller and Ruth Norris Miller; her son Raymond Edward Fowlkes; and her siblings, Charles Miller, Robert Miller, Harry Miller, Cecil Miller and Evelyn Sine.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Scott Fowlkes, Beverly Gay Bolt and Sandra Jane Lennox; and her siblings, Dale Miller, Ruth Donaldson and Sharon Ring. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
