It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Barrett of Burke, Virginia, who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Neal Barrett; her parents, John McMullan and Doris McMullan; and her sister Maureen McMullan. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Overman (Dean) of Nokesville, VA, Brian Barrett of Burke, VA and Brad Barrett of Fairfax, VA. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy can take the form of donations to Old Dominion Eye Foundation (ODEF).
