She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Wiegard and Marie Harden; and her husband Kenneth Sapp. She is survived by: her sister Linda; her children, Judy Quinn, Julie Mueller (Steve), Jameson (Jacob), Carina (Wesley), Violet, Colonel Justin Sapp (Caren), Michael, Matthew, Mark and Dr. Andre Sapp (Samantha); and her grandchildren, Athena and Liam.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home (4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at the New Cathedral Cemetery (4300 Old Frederick Rd, Baltimore, MD 21229).
