He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Conner and Lois Conner of Waynesboro, VA; his son Christopher Conner of Staunton, VA; his brother David Conner of Lynchburg Va; and his brother-in-law Donald Sayers of New Bethlehem, PA..

He is survived by: his granddaughters, Amy, Abigail and Madison Conner; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Lee (Fred) of North East, PA, Ramona Stroup (Dennis) of Mayport, PA and Wendy Risinger of Grand Prairie, TX.; and his friends, Bobby and Nascar. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
