He was predeceased by: his wife Mary L. Jones. He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn J. Hook (Andrew "Andy" Hook, Sr.); his grandsons, Andrew Hook, II (Jessica Glickman) and Steven R. Hook (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Andy III and Hudson; and his siblings, Virginia "Jenny" Snyder of Bassett, VA and William "Bill" Jones of Bumpass, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
