It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Emmett Rose (Bumpass, Virginia), who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Carlisle Rose, Jr. and Marion W. Rose; and his grandson Montgomery "Monty" A. Rose. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Lloyd Rose; his sons, Stephen Rose (Janette) and Andrew Rose (Twila); and his brother Clint Rose (Anne).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Give Kids The World Foundation in his honor.
