He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Sullivan and Dorothy Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Judy Sullivan; his daughter Laura Kelly; his grandchildren, Kelly Sullivan, Julie Young, Ashley Arrington, Alicia Arrington and Harper Arrington; and his siblings, Claude Sullivan, Donnie Sullivan, Stanley Sullivan, Anne Breen and Brenda Kitts. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
