She was predeceased by: her husband Nevil Cook. She is survived by: her daughters, Tara Dean and Sheryl St. George; and her sister Helen Holstner of New Albany, Indiana.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
