She was predeceased by: her parents, Hunter Louis and Aurelia Walton Harper; and her husband Walter Samuel "Junior" Rigsby, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Rodney W. Rigsby (Diane); her grandchildren, Joshua Giusto (Anna), Jason Rigsby and Katie Giusto; her great grandchild Garrett Giusto; her brothers-in-law, Johnny Rigsby and Louie Suffredini; and her siblings, Pauline Suffredini, Louis, Juanita Wilburn and Julian Edward Harper. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Salem Christian Church in Nora's memory.
