He was predeceased by: his parents, James S Perry Sr. and Judith Ann Sorrells; his grandfather Russel Perry; and his nephew Trinton Davis. He is survived by: his grandmother Jean Rebecca Perry; his sister Jennifer Lawson (Dakota); his children, Makaylah and Destiny Anderson; his aunt Bonnie Perry (Lawrence); his uncle Matthew Perry (Lynn); and his nieces and nephews, Michael Lawson, Levi, Bentley Anderson, Keayra Davis, Katie and Mia Lawson.
In lieu of flowers, the family request any memorial contributions be made in James' name to the American Kidney Foundation.
