He is survived by: his wife Hilda Payne Boxley; his children, Frank Baptist Boxley III (Tammy) of Bumpass and Sharon Boxley Jones (Steve) of Mechanicsville; his grandchildren, Kathleen, Erin, Thomas Boxley, Alexander, Pieterse, Zachary and Caleb Jones; and his nieces, Alice Goode (Dick) of Mechanicsville and Jean Johnston (Dan) of Austin, TX..
