He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Harlow and Leola Harlow; and his siblings, Harold, Pete, William, Robert Harlow and Virginia Gardner.

He is survived by: his nephews, Raymond, Edward, Keith, Brian and John Harlow; and his niece Karen Harlow.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Wounded Warrior Foundation, or Freedom Fellowship Church in Montpelier.
