She is survived by: her children, Buddy Pennington (Candice Lee) of Bumpass, VA and Ellen Pennington of Rochester, NY; her sisters, Jo Ann Gentry (Charlie) and Joyce Proffitt; her siblings-in-law, Jerry Hall, John Chapman and Stella Pennington; her grandchildren, Casey Jessee (James), Tracey Curtis (Steve) and Wilson Pennington (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Hope Curtis, Baileigh Curtis, Kiley Pennington, Kolby Pennington, Skylar Jessee, Ty Jessee, Madelynn Pennington, Savannah Pennington and Walker Pennington; her caregiver Catlin Gorbey; and her pet Rambo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Good Hope Baptist Church (5601 Courthouse Rd, Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA 22551).
