She is survived by: her husband James Chase Sr.; her siblings, Linda Carr (Ryan Davis), Lisa Davis, David Hess and Andrew Cross; her daughters, Carolyn Horner and Desiree Yoder (William); her grandchildren, Alicia Britcher, Devin Britcher, Tyler Dressler, Bruce Horner, Charlotte Yoder and Liam Yoder; and her great grandchild Cora Nuckols.
