He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton W. Lewis, Sr. and Jessie Woodson Lewis; his children, Reinee Thomas and Fontae Smith; and his brothers, Thomas Woodson, Floyd Lewis and Maverick Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Lee Thomas, Aldray Smith and Klinton Smith; his siblings, Janice Lewis of Bumpass, Jerry, Timothy Lewis (Delbra) of Alabama and Sylvia Lewis of Glen Allen; and his cousins, Keith Howard and Ryan Houchens. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great granddaughter, four aunts, two uncles, a host of nieces and nephews.
